He is widely recognised as one of the market’s most respected recruiters in the insurance change and transformation space.
Jamie has played a pivotal role in building and scaling some of the highest-performing transformation teams in the UK and US and has collaborated closely with some of the industry’s most esteemed senior executives to execute these projects. Additionally, Jamie has extensive experience in placing senior leadership positions within the Change, Transformation, and Operations sectors globally.
Beginning his career in the insurance broking sector, Jamie has progressed into several senior management and director-level positions, leading high-performing recruitment teams across multiple businesses. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Invecta Group, Jamie leads our solutions business, overseeing its strategic direction, growth, and delivery.
